BRXND NYC will take place Nov. 5, 2026, at The Times Center in New York, bringing marketing leaders and technology providers together to discuss AI-assisted work, brand discovery and measurement as businesses evaluate where automation belongs in their operations.

Preview — The organizer’s event page confirms the date and venue. Its Oct. 27 lineup announcement lists doors opening at 9 a.m. and programming beginning at 9:45 a.m. The announced agenda provides questions to examine, not advance proof that the featured methods deliver commercial returns.

Creative production meets operating workflow

The program includes Amazon’s Jo Shoesmith and Mike Houston on creativity and AI; Runway’s Jamie Umpherson with Meta’s Gabor Petlyanszki on scaling brand creative; and Hilton’s Danelle Williams with Alephic’s James Gross on putting AI into hospitality work. Rocket Money’s Aaron Dignan is scheduled to discuss integrating AI into how work gets done.

Those topics connect two different decisions: how a team produces material and how it changes an operating process. A presentation about faster asset creation would not establish that approvals, deployment or customer service also became faster.

NextNow’s evaluation framework: Look for the original task, the steps changed and the work that remained with employees. A useful example would identify reviewer effort, revision rounds and how the team determined whether the output met its objective. Without that baseline, a speed claim offers limited guidance for another organization.

Visibility is not the same as business value

Partnerize’s Andy Crossen is listed for a session linking AI visibility with economic value. Block’s Amy Winther is scheduled to address codifying a brand for agents. These announced themes place measurement and brand representation alongside production tools.

For marketing executives, the practical question is what happens after a model mentions a brand. Ask whether a measurement records an exposure, a visit, an order or another outcome—and whether the presenter distinguishes observed activity from an attributed effect. Those categories should not be substituted for one another.

A further question is how a team checks the information an agent receives. Product details, prices and availability can change. An attractive demonstration alone would not establish that an organization has a reliable process for keeping that information current.

Read the sponsorship context

The organizer identifies Runway as an apex sponsor, Emberos and Partnerize as presenting sponsors, and Dstillery and WRITER as supporting sponsors. Several of those companies also have speakers in the program. That commercial context matters when assessing product and performance claims.

The conference has not yet occurred, and the announcement allows for possible additions to the lineup. Any assessment of the demonstrations or their results will require reporting afterward. For now, the confirmed program supports a preview of the decisions marketers can examine, not a recommendation to adopt a particular vendor.
