CrowdStrike signed an agreement to acquire Fiddler AI on Nov. 3, 2026, aiming to add AI-agent evaluation and behavioral monitoring to its Falcon security platform. The proposed deal would connect security information with evidence about whether enterprise agents performed their assigned work as intended.
According to CrowdStrike’s announcement, closing is expected during its fourth quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to customary conditions. The consideration is contemplated to be predominantly cash, with a stock component subject to vesting conditions. The release did not state a total purchase price.
Integration remains a plan
CrowdStrike says Fiddler’s technology will become Falcon Observe, with general availability planned for the same fiscal quarter. The company describes pre-deployment testing, tracing of agent activity and monitoring for unintended behavior as intended capabilities. The agreement does not mean that the acquisition has closed or the integrated offering is already available.
In a separate company post, Fiddler founder and CEO Krishna Gade confirmed the signed agreement. He described the planned combination as a way to connect information about AI behavior with security context surrounding identities, endpoints and cloud resources.
Gade’s account distinguishes attacks against an agent from mistakes an authorized agent can make without an attacker. Those are related but different operational questions.
For enterprise buyers, the business consequence is a proposed consolidation of evaluation, monitoring and security workflows. The companies’ statements describe their intended direction, not independently demonstrated integration results, guaranteed prevention of agent errors or a requirement for customers to replace existing controls.
