Xometry reported Nov. 3, 2026, that third-quarter revenue increased 40% to $252 million and net income attributable to common stockholders reached $1.9 million. The custom-manufacturing marketplace reversed an $11.6 million loss a year earlier as its buyer network expanded.

In its results announcement for the quarter ended Sept. 30, the company reported 93,812 active marketplace buyers, up 20% year over year. Accounts spending at least $50,000 over the preceding 12 months increased 26% to 2,172.

Growth and profit remain distinct measures

Gross profit increased 37% to $98.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $21.4 million, compared with approximately $6.1 million a year earlier. That adjusted measure is not the same as the $1.9 million GAAP net-income result. Existing accounts contributed 98% of marketplace revenue during the quarter.

The preceding second-quarter report, issued Aug. 4, recorded $229 million of revenue, up 41% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of $14.1 million. Those historical figures provide context for the latest quarter rather than a forecast of future demand.

For manufacturers and procurement teams, the new figures indicate a larger marketplace and more high-spending accounts. They do not establish that a particular supplier’s utilization improved or that every buyer received shorter lead times or lower prices. Companywide marketplace performance and individual order economics remain different questions.
