Agility Robotics’ Nasdaq listing took effect on Nov. 5, 2026, after the humanoid-robot maker completed its merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, moving its industrial automation business into the public markets.

Nasdaq’s corporate-action notice confirms the transaction closed Nov. 4 and sets Nov. 5 as the effective date for the common-stock symbol AGLT and warrant symbol AGLTW. The closing and listing advance the shareholder approval previously reported by NextNow.

Capital for a commercial rollout

Agility said the combination and related financing raised approximately $465 million before transaction expenses. That total includes $100 million in equity funding received before closing; it is not all new cash arriving on the listing date.

The company plans to use the proceeds to fulfill customer orders, expand deployments and increase Digit production. Those are intended uses, not completed operating results.

Orders still carry delivery conditions

Agility reports more than $300 million in multiyear Digit 5 orders, subject to contractual milestones, product features and specifications. The figure should not be read as delivered sales or current revenue.

The company expects early customer access in the first half of 2027 and targets general availability by the end of 2027. Both remain forward-looking schedules.

In an interview with TechCrunch, CEO Peggy Johnson said customer deals depend on meeting performance targets.

For enterprise buyers, the listing changes financing status, not the delivery test: product readiness and contractual requirements still stand between announced orders and deployed robots.
