Simplismart announced a $14 million Series B on Oct. 27, 2026, to expand software that helps businesses operate AI models and lets cloud providers offer managed services using third-party GPU capacity.

Dallas Venture Capital led the round, with Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax participating, co-founder and CEO Amritanshu Jain said in a company announcement. Moneycontrol separately reported the financing in an interview with Jain.

Software rather than a new GPU fleet

Jain said Simplismart is building the software layer for deploying and operating models, rather than assembling its own GPU fleet. Its customers include application companies and cloud providers that want to sell AI services under their own brands.

The funding will support its inference engine, orchestration platform and cloud partnerships, with North America a priority for expansion, according to the announcement.

The company also described work toward scheduling workloads across suitable capacity in different regions. Jain presented that network as a development direction, not a completed global service.

Moneycontrol reported that Simplismart is also pursuing sovereign AI inference infrastructure in India with Nvidia. Those plans should not be read as confirmation that new infrastructure is already operational.

The business question is how software can connect available computing capacity with usable production services. Simplismart’s funding announcement establishes the investment and intended development priorities; it does not independently validate its customer-specific performance claims.
