Omnicom reported 7.2% organic revenue growth in its core operations on Oct. 22, 2026, as the advertising and marketing group continued integrating Interpublic. Total reported third-quarter revenue was $6.42 billion; the organic growth figure applies to a different, adjusted scope.

The company announcement, distributed by PR Newswire and carried by MarketScreener, puts core-operations revenue at $6.01 billion. Its comparison uses combined Omnicom and Interpublic operations and excludes dispositions and businesses held for sale.

Two different measures of the business

Core operations produced adjusted earnings before interest, taxes and amortization of approximately $1.10 billion, with an 18.2% margin. Across the reported business, adjusted EBITA was $1.13 billion, with a 17.6% margin.

Reported diluted earnings were $2.38 per share. Adjusted diluted earnings were $2.73 per share, which the company said represented an increase of 22%.

Building on the second quarter

Omnicom’s second-quarter results showed core-operations organic growth of 6.1% and an adjusted EBITA margin of 17.8%. The latest figures therefore show improvement in both measures, without treating acquired revenue as organic growth.

The second-quarter announcement also reported $6.6 billion in total revenue. A sequential comparison of consolidated sales is separate from the third quarter’s organic, combined-company measure; they should not be interchanged.

For marketers evaluating agency partners, the distinction matters when assessing the operating business behind a large combination. This results report advances NextNow’s earlier earnings preview. Company-adjusted measures are not substitutes for reported financial results, and the figures do not establish future performance.
