Hasbro raised its full-year revenue outlook on Oct. 20, 2026, after reporting third-quarter growth across its gaming, toy and entertainment businesses. Magic: The Gathering exceeded $600 million in quarterly revenue for the first time, according to the company.
The results advance the questions examined in NextNow’s earlier earnings preview. They provide actual quarterly figures rather than assumptions about how the business would perform.
Gaming growth outpaces toys
In its results announcement, Hasbro reported revenue growth of 15% from a year earlier. Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming grew 31%, Consumer Products increased 4%, and Entertainment rose 9%.
The company now expects 2026 revenue growth of 7% to 9% in constant currency, compared with its previous 5% to 7% range. That remains management guidance, not a completed full-year result.
Refunds contribute to the earnings picture
Hasbro reported earnings of $2.77 per diluted share and adjusted earnings of $2.90. The adjusted figure is a non-GAAP measure and should not be treated as interchangeable with reported earnings. Results included approximately $55 million in tariff refunds.
Reuters reported quarterly revenue of about $1.60 billion and noted the higher annual forecast ahead of the holiday season.
The business consequence is a stronger revenue outlook, but the segment differences and refund benefit remain important when evaluating the quarter’s profitability.
